What are we to do when the honey we use in our mustards starts to crystallize? Whip it! But not before adding a bit of heat from red chilli flakes. Once infused we churred the honey into a nice creamy spread. Add it to your toast or coffee in the morning, or drizzle over cheese on your next charcuterie board.
